How do I set up a new client?

Did you know…?

The Conference Group emails every new customer you set up. About a week after mailing conference cards to new clients, we send them an email to verify they have received their conference cards via mail.

The Conference Group monitors for first time use. When your customer uses for the first time, we call each person to ensure their first experience was positive and answer any questions they may have. We may even end up sending them an additional card or 2 for other people in their office.

How do I order cards for existing clients?

Want to increase conferencing use for your existing clients? Offer them additional conference cards for other people in their office.

To request additional conference cards from the Conference Group, simply email us at
csr@conferencegroup.com with client’s account number and the names and email addresses of the people to receive a new conference card. Your clients will receive an email with their new passcodes within 24 business hours and their new card within 3-5 business days. Do this and watch your commissions grow!

FREE “On-Demand” scheduling plug-in for Outlook

Of course most conferences are “reservationless”, but how does your client communicate meeting dates and times to her audience? Most likely via email.

The Conference Group is pleased to offer our FREE “On-Demand” scheduling plug-in for Outlook. Once this feature is downloaded, a Reservationless Conference Request button will appear on the conference leader’s Outlook toolbar. By simply clicking on the button and selecting the conference participants from the contacts list, the leader can send an Outlook event to the participants, which will auto-populate all conference access instructions. This can be used for audio conferences, web conferences, or combined web with audio events.
