"What are you doing for conferencing?"

The most common question I get from agents is, “How do I get my clients to use us for conferencing?” The answer is almost embarrassingly simple… ask every client, prospect, friend and foe, the following… “What are you doing for conferencing?” This simple question invariably opens a discussion around a topic, which may divulge current pains they may have with their current provider. Thus opening the door… What you are NOT likely to hear is “we really don’t do much conferencing.” Your clients are educated by now on the benefits. If you have not already done so, now is the time to get this piece of their business and further solidify your on-going relationship with them.
